Product description
Thanks to its branched structure isobutanol evaporates faster than n-butanol and is frequently used as an economical alternative in the same formulations. In nitrocellulose systems it acts as a latent solvent that prevents gelling. It is preferred for balancing the solvent blend in stoving paints and printing inks.
