Product description
In unsaturated polyester resins styrene monomer acts as both solvent and cross-linker, reacting with the resin chains during cure to form a rigid network. It is also the starting material for polystyrene, ABS and SBR rubber. It is stored inhibited, cool and dark to prevent spontaneous polymerisation.
